Our family vans deliver the next day in a 30 km radius around Noci. Cold-chain items (fresh cheese, dairy) are only available on this route.

- → Two time slots: morning (11–13) or afternoon (16–19)

- → Flat fee €10 per delivery
48–72 hours via BRT.
Shelf-stable items travel the country with BRT courier — the standard national parcel service. Delivery rate estimated at €12, final amount calculated at checkout.

Will we reach you?
A few practical notes.
Minimum order: €70
Under €70 we can't cover pick-and-pack honestly. The cart will show you how much is left and suggest a few items under €16 to close the gap gracefully.
What happens if we're not home
On the local route we'll call you first. Guests at partner B&Bs and hotels can have orders left at reception — just mention it in the delivery notes at checkout.
Missing or damaged items
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. Refund or replacement, your choice — Roberta processes these the same day.
Invoicing
Need a company invoice? Tick the box at checkout and we'll contact you for VAT details. Receipts go out automatically with every order.
